Over the last 5 years we have had over 450,000 visitors to our online healthcare website. This has resulted in nearly 200,000 triages and evaluations by our SmartDocA.I. service and numerous patients diagnosed and treated by our physicians. We have thoroughly enjoyed the ride and we are looking forward to the future. But, we want to let you know that SmartDocMD is changing.

We will continue to provide no cost, free triage and symptom checking for our users. We will continue to be the trusted source of information when it comes to your health. SmartDocMD will be enhancing our free health assessments. Our SmartDocA.I. service isn’t going anywhere and will in fact be improved in the coming months. What we are changing is how you get treated. Starting on September 1st, 2022, SmartDocMD will no longer provide direct patient care through our platform. We will not provide direct diagnosis and treatment, including prescriptions or doctor’s excuse notes. Instead, we will be partnering with other trusted online virtual doctors and websites who will be able to provide the same needs more efficiently.  In fact, our service will be committed to helping you find the best and highest quality online health care. This will give you peace of mind that you are getting the best care for the lowest cost. We think this shift will help accentuate the benefits of our website and get you, the patient, better access to high quality care for an affordable cost.

We ask that you join us as we make this transition in the coming months. Eventually, we hope to be the one stop website for finding online health care. We look forward to helping you skip the waiting room and start your care now.
